Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rapper who is known for his unique style. Baker was born on April 22, 1990 in Houston Texas U.S. into an ethnically diverse family with English Scottish and German descent. His parents were missionaries, and throughout his childhood, the couple traveled a lot together them. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployed while his mother Sonia Alane left them when at the age of nine. Baker along with his father and his aunt relocated to Denver from Denver to Denver. Other kids in the area would bully Baker because of his poverty. The rapper began listening to music when he was in the sixth year. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on April 22 1990 in Texas in the U.S. With his music, he is famous for his mix of modern hip hop, alternative and rock. Baker has released four mixtapes in the period between 2007 and 2010 prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. Then in the latter half of 2011, the Cleveland artist soared to stardom in the process of transitioning to self-releasing his mixtapes to signing with respected labels. The career of this Cleveland rapper skyrocketed after he released his first mixtape, which was released in the latter part of 2011.
